Initial Consultation

Our process begins with a comprehensive consultation where we discuss your desired location and property type, considering your lifestyle needs, including proximity to work, schools, sporting events, cafes, and restaurants. This forms your personalised client brief.

Research Phase

Armed with your client brief, we commence the search for your ideal property. Our research includes scouring web listings, leveraging our database of selling agents, attending open homes, private inspections, and even door-knocking in target areas. We also utilise print advertising to unearth potential properties.

Due Diligence/Evaluation Phase

Once a property that meets your criteria is found, we move into the due diligence phase. This includes checking council infrastructure, flood maps, historical property sales in the area, and obtaining a residential valuation report.

Contract Phase

When you are satisfied that the property meets your needs, we proceed to the contract phase. We review the contract, collaborate with your conveyancer, place offers, and attend building and pest inspections as well as bank valuations.
