Buyer’s agents usually charge an upfront retainer plus a commission (sometime they will package as a fixed fee) upon successfully securing a property.The retainer typically ranges from $3,000 to $6,000, depending on your specific buyers brief. The commission is generally a percentage of the purchase price, between 1.5 – 2.5% (+GST).
